Some say buying a sports coupe is an emotional
decision with not much thought put into it, those who
own an Infiniti Q60s may disagree with that thought.
I guess they should be able to control their emotions,
with a 3.0 V6 twin-turbo capable of producing 400hp
they better think clearly not to crash into a brick wall.
The lines of the Q60s are delightful and contemporary,
yet, they do not get near the risky and futuristic shape
other premium brands decide to style their coupes.
The interior is a stylistic translation of the exterior design,
while sitting in one of the most comfortable seats ever,
we enjoyed the leather wrapped round shaped dashboard.
Drive modes consist of “SNOW”, “ECO”, “STANDARD”,
“SPORT”, “SPORT+”, and if these settings are not enough,
you can select “PERSONAL” to configure your own.
Looking at the dual screens of the infotainment system is
where we found the “Aquiles heel” of the Q60s, why two
screens? the top one looks dated, the lower one, gorgeous.
In spite of this weird combination of screens, the Q60s is
a delight to look at, an enchanting pleasure to the senses,
only surpassed by the exhilarating experience of driving one.
Base MSRP: $39,950
